Summer House Multi-Family Residential
For this extensive multi-family residential housing architectural design project, AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design's San Francisco studio oversaw the architectural addition of new roof forms, exterior deck enclosures, railings, windows, decorative cornices, and trim elements. Interior architectural renovations to this multifamily housing property include all building lobbies and corridors, new kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, flooring, and paint throughout. Washer/dryer closets have been added to approximately 2/3 of the units. The three tone sophisticated color scheme reflects Alameda’s historic nautical past.
