Shawn Alexander, Principal Architect at AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design, oversaw this mixed-use architectural project on this seven floor concrete structure. Incorporating upscale condominium lofts above restaurants and commercial office spaces, this award winning conversion saw the original 1937 manufacturing space and warehouse in San Francisco’s South Beach area repurposed into luxuriously chic living spaces, complete with oversized windows, exposed brick and concrete walls, and high-end finishings.
