Marriott Residence Inn Anaheim Hotel Architecture Project

Designed by California-based hotel architects AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design, this modern hotel tower is located on a 6.25 acre site at the center of the Anaheim Resort district. Adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and across the street from the future, 3rd Disneyland Gate, this exclusive mixed use project complex consists of a 9 story, 300 key Residence Inn, with a five star restaurant /bar and private pool area. The hotel is supported by a 7 story above grade and a basement parking structure to provide for 500 parking stalls with additional 100 stalls on grade. Additionally AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design added a lush, landscaped, 26,000 SF food court and pool experience complete with slides, play structures, and fireworks viewing deck offer a vacation and convention destination for the whole family to remember.
